Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation and stock verification. Ready-to-ship items are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Handmade, customized, pre-order, or limited-drop pieces may take longer and the customer will be informed where applicable.
Estimated delivery timelines
Jewellery By Madhuri ships orders across serviceable locations in India through available courier/logistics partners. Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination, courier availability, public holidays, weather, operational disruptions, and regional service conditions.
- Metro and major city deliveries may arrive sooner depending on courier performance.
- Remote, restricted, or low-serviceability pin codes may take longer or may not be serviceable.
- International shipping, if enabled for a specific order, will be confirmed separately with timelines and charges.
Shipping fees and taxes
Shipping fees, taxes, discounts, and order totals are shown during checkout before payment. Fees may vary based on cart value, delivery location, shipping method, product weight, promotional offers, or courier availability.
Tracking and delivery attempts
When tracking is available, customers may receive shipment details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or account/order updates. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and receiving courier calls/messages.
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect address, unavailable recipient, failed delivery attempts, or courier restrictions may require additional coordination.
- If a package is returned to origin because of incorrect or incomplete customer information, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or missing shipments
If an order arrives damaged, tampered, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact Jewellery By Madhuri within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos/videos of the package and item.
